Your employee will follow your instructions once they are at your home. By default, the following are recommended: living room, dining room, common areas, kitchen, bathrooms and your bedrooms. However, it is your responsibility to communicate your instructions to your employee.
The time recommended on our platform is only an indication to help you choose the most suitable time, but it may vary depending on the surface area, the condition of your home and your needs.
If the surface area of your home is large or its condition is poor, we strongly encourage you to book a longer period of time and to indicate priorities in the "Special instructions" section at the time of booking.
