When you make your reservation, just before making the payment, you will be asked how your agent will be able to access your home. In the comments "how will we get in?" you can give more information about how your employee will collect your keys from your first cleaning or before each service.
You have three options: be present to welcome your employee, leave your keys with your concierge, or hide the keys in a safe place.
If you decide to entrust your keys to your agent, please note that Batsoft SA is not responsible in the event of loss or problems exchanging keys with another cleaning agent. We will not handle any transfers or key related issues.
