How do I change my employee's schedule?

You can reschedule the schedule by logging into your Batsoft account and accessing the "My cleanings" tab. In the ''Upcoming'' section, click on ''More'', then on ''Request change'' in the drop-down menu. Follow the instructions to request your changes.

As you have a contract of employment with your employee, you must respect the frequency per month: For a cleaning scheduled once a week, you can change the date only in the same week.

For a cleaning scheduled once every two weeks, you can change the date in the interval of these two weeks.

For a cleaning scheduled once a month, you can change the date in the interval of the month.

However, your employee must accept any proposal for change, in case of refusal the cleaning will take place according to the parameters provided at the time of the first reservation.
